They have always been so great to me and my pets. They are very compassionate and care a lot about what they do. There can be longer wait times but that is expected in an emergency room and especially when they do everything they can for each and every animal. My cat needed emergency surgery at only a year old and I couldn’t afford it, even with insurance. They let me take all the time I needed and let me talk to my family about options in a private room. They gave me different options of what could be done. They ended up arranging a transfer to another clinic that could do it for the amount I could afford. The front desk staff, vet techs, vets, and other staff work tirelessly to make sure each pet gets the care they need and deserve. I will always trust them with my babies in emergencies.

His diagnosis is always accurate and always has alternative treatments to try if one doesn't work. He is always willing to answer as many questions that you're able to think of. He is very kind and patient and never acts as though he knows more than you or that your questions are dumb.
